Please ask about particular items before bidding to see if it's something that we are willing to ship in house. If it’s not something preapproved and you bid on it, don’t pick it up and we did not agree to ship it, the lot will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be given. If it's not something we are comfortable shipping, we are willing to take them to the local UPS in North Conway, NH, for a $5 fee per auction (not per item). The buyer should contact them prior to bidding to talk to them about this process. The buyer will be paying the UPS store directly for packing & shipping. Their phone number is (603) 356-4881.

When we do in house shipping your CC on file with auction ninja will be charged separately for shipping. Please make sure that the CC info is correct and that your address registered with auction ninja is correct. You will be charged for the cost of shipping USPS based upon weight, dimension, distance, tracking & insurance, along with the cost of packing materials and a $5 charge for labor. We offer two days of pickup after the closure of the auction and will not be shipping anything until a few days after the closing of the auction. Items valued at over $1000 will be sent registered mail via USPS, signature required – Items valued at over $500 will be sent with a signature required via USPS

Currently I do not have the time to offer shipping quotes. If you have not paid for shipping recently, do yourself a service and check the postal rates at www.usps.com - consider weight, dimensions of the package, distance, cost of materials & time.

If you are purchasing gold or silver from us for the first time please be advised that prior to shipping we will require a copy of your driver's license both front & back, that matches the ship to address in AuctionNinja and the credit card, both front & back, used as payment. Please obscure the first 12-digits of the CC number and the CCV code.

By bidding on any auction, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with Orfantiques

All bids submitted at Orfantiques auctions are final and irrevocable. If you are the highest bidder when the auction closes, you are the new owner of that item. All sales are final.

Orfantiques sells each and every item "as is, where is." We make no representations, guarantees or warranties with respect to the items in our auctions. We recommend that you view all the images provided carefully and ask questions prior to bidding.  If an in person preview is offered it is also recommended that you visit the auction site on the announced preview date(s) to inspect any items you would like to buy before bidding. You may also send someone to the site to conduct the inspection on your behalf.

All Orfantiques auctions are unreserved. Each and every item is sold without reserves, or limits. Orfantiques expressly forbids consignors and their agents from bidding on any item they have consigned to an auction. 

Every item becomes the responsibility of the new owner as soon as the auctioneer announces that an item has been sold.

 If you are the highest bidder, you are responsible for insuring your purchase immediately.

Winning bidder's are required to pay a buyer’s premium on all purchases.

Winning bidder’s Credit Card on file will be charged for the sale price plus the buyer’s premium upon the close of the auction or shortly thereafter. 

Buyers cannot take possession of or remove their purchases from the auction site until the total purchase price has been paid in full.

Purchases must be removed from the site by the time specified in the auction catalogue or on the auction details page on this website.

Winning bidder is responsible for picking up their items on the listed pick up dates. Failure to pick up items on the listed date(s) will result in the item being re-sold or disposed of with no refund due the winning bidder.
