Odd Aly-Kat Emporium Auction Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all participation in auctions conducted by Odd Aly-Kat Emporium (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By placing a bid or completing a purchase, the bidder (“Buyer”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Local Pick-Up Only

All auction items must be retrieved in person at the following location:  

Odd Aly-Kat Emporium

240 S Main St, Brighton, CO 80601.  

The Company does not provide shipping, delivery, or alternative pick-up arrangements.

2. Condition of Items / Sold As-Is  

All items are offered and sold as-is, where-is, and with all faults.  

The Company will disclose any known defects or notable conditions in the item description; however, no warranties, guarantees, or representations—express or implied—are made regarding the condition, functionality, or completeness of any item.  

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all descriptions and photographs prior to bidding.

3. Pick-Up Deadlines and Forfeiture

Buyers must pick up all purchased items on the scheduled pick-up date and during the designated pick-up window specified for each auction.  

Failure to pick up items within the scheduled timeframe will result in the items being deemed forfeited. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued for forfeited items.

4. Packing Materials and Transport Responsibility

Buyers are required to bring their own packing materials, protective wrapping, and transport equipment.  

Boxes may be provided when available; however, the Company assumes no responsibility for packing items, securing items within boxes, or ensuring that items are adequately protected for transport.  

The Buyer accepts full responsibility for the safe handling, loading, and transportation of all purchased items.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By bidding in any auction, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with such changes applying to all future auctions.
