TERMS: All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age. If you have any concerns please email mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com . Please do not bid if you are unsure of what you are getting. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

ON-SITE PICKUP: 23 Ocean St, Manchester-by-the sea, MA on Fri, Sept 26th from 9-3pm and Sat, Sept 27th from 10-12pm . Items not picked up during this time, unless other arrangements have been made will be considered abandoned. You are responsible for picking up all of your lots, if you have multiple items in a lot please make sure you check that it is complete. Once you leave, we are not responsible for items left behind. Special Pick up Instructions: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

SHIPPING: Shipping of smaller items is available please contact the SEABROOK UPS STORE at 603-474-2420 or store1510@theupsstore.com. An email releasing your items to the shipper of your choice must be sent to mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com. Local shipping of furniture and larger items is available for a fee. Please email mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com or view our preferred list of shippers under our terms and conditions.

TRANSPORT BACK TO AMESBURY FACILITY at 76 MAIN STREET IS AVAILABLE FOR A $25 FEE PER ITEM CAPPED AT $100. NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT. ANY ITEMS TRANSPORTED BACK TO THE GALLERY MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 5 DAYS OR THE ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED.
