Special Pick-up Instructions: Special Pick up Instructions: Curb side pick-up only. Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder must bring necessary assistance to remove large item and assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

There will be no additional help or packaging supplies, NO EXCEPTIONS, YOU MUST BE PREPARED. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE.

We are not responsible for your purchase once you authorize release to shipper of your choice. Local shipping of larger items (furniture) not suitable for mail can be made by emailing our gallery.

TRANSPORT (ALTERNATIVE PICK UP MUST CALL AUCTION MANAGER): As a special service for the convenience of our valued
customers: Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00. NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE
ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT. ANY ITEMS TRANSPORTED BACK TO THE GALLERY MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 5 DAYS OR THE ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED.
