All sales are final and SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of description. We do our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items are antique, vintage, used and rarely new. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. No returns, credits or exchanges. Bids will not be canceled or withdrawn for any reason. If you are not available on the pick-up date noted, DO NOT BID. Failure to pick up your items during the scheduled timeframe will be considered a forfeit. This is a limited shipping auction. Only the items with a shipping symbol are available for shipping.
WINNING BIDDERS:
1. Bring muscle for moving heavy/large items, packing materials and tools. A representative will be onsite for guidance, but ultimately the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property. Upscale will not permit heavy furniture to be moved by a single person. In addition, Upscale reserves the right to prohibit the move of furniture if sufficient move support is not supplied.
2. Pick up is first come, first serve...Thank you for your patience!
3. Please provide enough time to pack and move during the allotted time frame.
4. When picking up your lots, please make sure you check your invoice and leave with all of your items. Once you sign your invoice, your order is closed and Upscale assumes no liability for any issues or forgotten items. Keep this in mind if you send someone to pick up for you!
LIMITED SHIPPING to Continental US ONLY:
1. Items available for shipping are noted with a shipping symbol.
2. Insurance is added to all packages with a value of $100 or more.
3. A $10 transport / handling fee will be add to your shipping charges with the exception of a $50 transport fee for large art or fragile items as noted in item description.
4. Shipping costs will be billed to your card on file with AuctionNinja. If your card on file is declined and you fail to respond to phone calls, emails and text messages, your items will be considered forfeit without refund.
5. Purchases will be shipped within 5 days of the auction pick up date.
6.Upscale Tag Sales is NOT Responsible for such items during transport.
SPECIALTY SHIPPING to Continental US ONLY:
1.Items available for shipping are noted with a shipping symbol.
2. For items that do not fit in USPS flat rate boxes or requires special packing, we use a 3rd party shipping company. They will charge you packing and shipping fees.
3. A $10 transport / handling fee ($50 for large art, fragile pieces or the like as noted in item description) will be billed to your credit card on file with Auction Ninja. If your card on file is declined and you fail to respond to phone calls, emails and text messages, your items will be considered forfeit without refund.
5. Once the transport fee is charged to your credit card, your items will be dropped off at the Saugus, MA UPS Store on Broadway. UPS will contact you directly for payment. It is your responsibility to coordinate payment.
