I never received the jewelry I paid for. The rep number on top of the invoice is "OUT OF ORDER". If I do not receive my package by the end of the week, I will contact the BBB and file a police report. Linda Faccone

The item was advertised as sterling silver. It was plated gold. I have requested a refund. Very misleading and false advertising - of costume jewelry - buyers beware!

I would like a full refund. It has been over three weeks since I purchased this item and paid for it. However, the seller had the audacity to charge me $20 for shipping. There is no way that item cost that much to ship and I still have not received the item. I want a full refund. This was my first experience with auction ninja and I am so disappointed.

I bid, won and didn't get the item. Unfortunately the team didn't get any of the messages but replied to same email address when I asked for tracking. Delivered to wrong address and by time I got there it was gone. Manager was very kind when she finally responded back but when I said I didn't want another bag because my experience was horrible, they just disappeared. I am a performer and was really looking forward to having a luxury bag on my tour. I'm not pointing any fingers but that was my experience. I hope I get refunded.

Necklace and earrings listed as Gold-plated. This was misleading. It is costume jewelry that is gold in color. Necklace is already slightly discolored (dull) and earrings are not "polished" as described.

I am partially happy with my last purchases. However, the description of the interior of one of the bags could have been better. The interior of the barrel-shaped bag was completely disintegrated. The other bag had dried-out leather trim. I am going to try to have it fixed. Lesson learned: I will always ask for photos of the interior. I do not know if the barrel bag can be fixed. I really liked the bags and hope I can use them.
