• All Sales Final: Once the hammer drops, it’s yours! All sales are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Items are sold as-is, where-is. We do our best to ...view moreshow you what’s up through photos and descriptions, but it’s up to you to review before you bid.
• Payment: All winning bids must be paid in full at the close of the auction. Non-payment can affect your ability to join future treasure hunts with us.
• Pick-Up: Items must be picked up during the designated pick-up window. Can’t make it? Please send a buddy or arrange pick-up ahead of time.
• Packing & Transport: Please bring your own boxes, packing materials, and muscle. We love you, but our crew cannot provide supplies or heavy lifting help. Plan accordingly before you roll in!
• Shipping (If Offered): Some items may be eligible for shipping. Shipping arrangements must be made in advance, and the buyer covers all costs (shipping + handling). All items transported/Shipped will have an additional $8 Handling Fee attached and combined with shipping costs will be charged after the auction ends.
• Condition of Items: Unless noted, items are pre-loved, vintage, or one-of-a-kind. No guarantees are made about condition or functionality beyond what’s described and shown. Everything is sold as is as seen.
• Liability: Hidden Treasures is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages during pick-up, loading, or transport. Once it leaves our hands, it’s all yours.
• Failure to Pick Up: If items aren’t picked up during the scheduled time, they’ll be considered abandoned and may be resold without refund.
