Shipping Policy

Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You’ll receive an email notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information if available.

Shipping Rates, Handling Fee & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated using Pirate Ship and shipped USPS. We charge shipping and handling the day we ship after the auction.
• A $8 handling fee is applied to every order to cover packing materials and processing.
• Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carriers beyond our control.

Local Pickup
• Free local pickup is available at Hidden Treasures Flea Market during regular business hours.
Packaging
• We do our best to use recycled and repurposed packing materials (because we love giving treasures a second life ).
• Customers are responsible for safe unpacking once delivered.

Damages / Lost Packages
• Hidden Treasures is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they leave our shop.
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
• Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping
• Currently, we only ship within the U.S. (you can adjust this if you want to include international options).

Returns & Exchanges
• All sales are final (especially with vintage, collectible, or auction items). Please read descriptions carefully before purchase.
