PICK-UP DETAILS: Pick-up will be at Renton Warehouse on Friday August 16th 12pm -2 PM & Saturday August 17th, 2024, from 9 AM - 12 PM ONLY.
PICK-UP
**There is No flexibility on the PickUp dates**
Winning bidders must pick up their lot at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame as stated in the Pick-Up & Shipping Details tab within the auction and / or on their invoice. If not picked up then items are considered forfeited by the winning bidder and will not be compensated in any way.
We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis. To expedite service at pick up please TEXT (do not call) your name, invoice number and planned arrival time to the auction manager at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.
You are responsible for bringing your own packing, moving materials, appropriate vehicles, tie downs and manpower.
WE DO NOT PACK OR MOVE. If you fail to bring help and are unable to remove your item during the scheduled pick-up time, there will be a $100 restock fee.
RESALE CERTIFICATES
All resale certificates must be uploaded via Auction Ninja BEFORE bidding. Go to "Preferences" under the "Account" tab to upload.

Please bring the help if required for large and/or heavy items as well as boxes & necessary packing materials for your auction items, as we DO NOT provide these services.
All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding. While we will do our best to list any damage, repairs or condition issues, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items are vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. Please review photos carefully prior to bidding.

GES only ships in-house using USPS flat rate shipping with a handling fee of $10 and USPS shipping fees. Not all items available for shipping. Please inquire first and not assume. The items must fit in a priority flat rate USPS box.
Any other shipping MUST be coordinated with a third party by the BUYER.
We recommend The UPS Store at 100 Andover Park W, #150 Tukwila WA. You must contact them via email art.upsstore5819@gmail.com, we do not contact them for you. They charge a $25 fee to pick up your items from our location on top of their rates.
Any items not paid and / or not picked up during the specified pick-up time in accordance with the Site’s Terms & Conditions will be forfeited by you.
These items are shipped the week following the auction. All packing and shipping charges for items shipped in-house will be charged to the credit card on file and a shipping receipt with tracking will be on your auction ninja account, texted or emailed to the account on file. Girlfriends will ship all items with tracking (no exceptions) and buyers will be responsible for the charge.
Shipping MAY COST MORE THAN YOUR BID.
We do not ship internationally.
TAX EXEMPT
All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate PRIOR TO BIDDING.
