**PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS**

Our location is in the same complex as Aldo's Restaurant & J & L Medical Services. Please, look for the PINK signs & follow them all the way around to the back ...view moreof the building. (To clarify, if you pull into the first parking lot with Aldo's in the front, there is a paved entry / exit way which leads you towards the back of the building. Follow this *all the way down* & around to the back of the building.) Proceed w/ caution, as there are speed bumps that may be difficult to spot. Look for the pink signs & flags, a green awning, & our sign to the left. If you use google maps, our front door with the green awning is shown in the photos.

We have just one loading dock available for heavy items, so we appreciate your patience while we get you processed as efficiently as we can. We make every effort to record any damage or needed repairs, but if something isn’t noted, it doesn’t necessarily mean the item is flawless. We strive to provide accurate measurements, but please allow for some extra room in case adjustments are needed.

***Please remember to bring your own boxes or wrappings for smaller items.

***PLEASE BRING HELP FOR BIGGER ITEMS! We cannot stress this enough! WE STICK TO OUR WORD ON THIS. Our staff will help bring larger pieces to your vehicle or the loading dock. However, we CANNOT help you load or place your items in your vehicle. Please do not ask us for help with this as the answer will be NO.

****There are NO alternative pickup dates or times, so please do not inquire about it. THIS ASPECT CANNOT BE CHANGED. Items not picked up during the specified day/hours listed will be forfeited. No alternate arrangements can be made. ****

****If you plan to bid on a mattress, but have questions concerning it, please do not wait until the day of the auction to ask. Ask ahead of time so we have adequate time to respond. Phone calls & messages on the last day of the auction will likely not be answered.****
