Almost 40 years have gone by in a flash. ...view more The house was full of treasures from multiple generations, many now rehomed, and this is the final chapter to the Stone Ridge story. Soon the house will be sold and onto the next adventure. So join us for yet another round of fun found goodies from vintage furniture to artwork, linens to silver, collectibles, tools and so much more. Shipping is available on many lots, but the bigger it is, better to ask us first! We hope to see all of you soon.

IMPORTANT- We invoice all shipping via Paypal (we also accept checks/money orders). Your shipping address in Paypal must match the CHES invoice address on file in order for us to ship your items. We will use your CHES address as the source of truth, if your Paypal mailing address does not align, you must update/fix it first before payment for shipping.
Local Pick-Up Date: Sunday March 22nd from 12pm to 3pm. We are able to offer some flexibility with pickups on Friday the 20th BY APPOINTMENT. Please do not just show up on Friday without confirming with us first that we will be available & your lots ready. We expect to have the sale lotted by end of day Thursday, giving us time on Friday to work with you if need be. Sunday the 22nd will be the final pickup day for any unclaimed lots. Contact us if you need to obtain your items before Sunday.
PLEASE NOTE - Shipping costs are separate and NOT included in the CHES auction invoice. Shipping charges are payable directly to the auction managers via Paypal, checks or money orders post sale within 3 days of our notice of the shipping total (or your item is forfeited for non-payment of shipping). Buyer must contact the auction managers regarding shipping requests by end of pickup time on pickup day.

* If you cannot make the pickup, send a friend/family member and notify the auction managers of the change.
* Please bring a pre-signed copy of your invoice. If you do not have your invoice with you, be prepared to show a copy of your invoice on your phone.
Winning Bidders Must:
- Bring help for large/heavy items & proper packing materials.
-CHES Auction Management will not be able to load heavy items into your vehicles. You must be help.
- Packing, Loading, Moving & Transporting of your items will not be provided upon pickup.
All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS IS / WHERE IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. While MJS ANTIQUES will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items MJSANTIQUES sells are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.
