ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING PICK UP HOURS WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUNDS. It is your responsibility to make courier or other arrangements with outside parties. We are only there the day of pickup and cannot reschedule for another time with you.

All items are sold as photo'd, nothing else is expressly included. If it's not in the pictures, it's not included. All items are untested unless otherwise noted or photographed.

WINNING BIDDERS:
• Winning bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items, proper packaging materials and tools if needed.
• Large furniture such as entertainment centers, bed frames etc will not be disassembled before pickup. This is so that you can ensure your item was complete when you picked up and also so you know how it goes back together.
• Packing, moving & transporting or help moving your items will NOT BE PROVIDED at pickup.
• Tips for staff that help with large furniture are not expected but are appreciated.
• Any orders over $50 that are brought back to our warehouse for later pickup are subject to a $20 transport fee and will be held for a period of one week from date of original pickup. After that, they will be returned to the seller.
