TWO Pick Up Dates for BOTH SALES: FRIDAY, DEC 12, 10AM - 3PM and SATURDAY, DEC 13, 9AM - 1PM.
Lots from both sales at this house will be combined for buyers to pick up together.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP DURING THE SPECIFIED PICK UP WINDOWS OR WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.
THIS HOUSE IS ON A VERY BUSY STREET, please drive and park carefully and thoughtfully to allow others to also park and exit safely. Driveway will be available for loading large lots and heavy items only. If you have mobility limitations, please reach out to the auction manager before pick-up day to schedule a specific time so that we can make sure the driveway is available. There will be very limited help on site, please bring helpers if you are picking up furniture or large lots, as well as your own boxes and packing materials.
