This is a 950 Peruvian silver Chakana or Inca cross pendant. Also called the "Andean" cross
It is inlaid with turquoise, coral and a Spondylus (Spiny Oyster) center
"The chakana represents three levels of existence in the Universe"
Can be worn as a pendant or a brooch.
