Important Shipping Rules
• Items eligible for shipping are clearly labeled in their individual lot descriptions
• Items not marked as shippable cannot be shipped—no exceptions
• Buyers may select Local Pick-Up at checkout; once Local Pick-Up is selected, shipping will not be available
• Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup window will be forfeited without refund

Shipping Fees
• USPS shipping at actual cost plus a $15 total handling fee per package
• Handling fee covers packing materials, labor, and transport to the carrier

Shipping Methods
• We combine winning lots into one package whenever possible
• If combined items fit within a USPS Priority or flat-rate box, shipping may be processed through AuctionNinja’s integrated system
• If combined items exceed USPS box size limits, shipping will be handled outside of AuctionNinja

For outside shipping, buyers will be contacted with a shipping total. Pre-payment is required via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal before shipping. We will always provide the total in advance.

Processing Time
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after payment is received
• We will prioritize shipping where possible to help items arrive before Valentine’s Day

Address Responsibility
• Buyers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address on file with AuctionNinja is accurate and up to date prior to bidding
