NO EXCEPTIONS - Items not picked up during the allotted time will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be given.

Shipping is separate transaction from Auction Ninja/CHES auction win invoicing. You must contact the Auction Manager to request shipping PRIOR to the pickup date. Requests for shipping AFTER the Pick-Up has completed will not be honored (see more below).

MOVING/LOADING ITEMS:
***PLEASE READ*** All items will be brought curbside, unless stated on the listing. It’s important to read the entire listing for additional information. It is your responsibility to load your own vehicle. If you do not have anyone to help you load your vehicle, my movers are available to lend a hand. This is not a free service. Please inquire what the cost will be for loading your vehicle when you arrive to the pickup. If you do not have cash on hand, they take Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cashapp, etc. If the item fits through the doorway, it will not be disassembled. If it cannot be safely moved through the doorway, it will be disassembled by my movers.

SHIPPING:
Items will be packaged and shipped by The Mailroom in Brooklyn, NY. Buyer will be contacted by the Auction Manager and will pay The Mailroom directly. Please Note: UPS Shipping cost is extremely expensive, on the average it will cost triple what it would cost to ship USPS. Please be mindful of this extra cost when bidding if you need your item shipped. Shipping quotes are not 100% accurate - we do not know the weight of the items which has an impact on shipping rates.

WINNING BIDDERS:

Winning bidders will receive the pickup address via email - (please check your spam folder). Make sure you have selected in your dashboard to receive auction win information via email or text. Auction win emails and invoices can also be accessed via your dashboard after the sale closes.

Due to limited time available during a photo shoot, there may be an imperfection not noticed. Please refer to all of the photos, as they are part of the description. CHES will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations; the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items are antique, vintage or previously owned. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age and use. Images will try and reflect the most accurate color as possible, but please keep in mind that there is NO PHOTOGRAPHY Equipment and/or software that can match an exact color.
