ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP DURING THE SPECIFIED PICK UP WINDOW OR WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.
THIS HOUSE IS AT A BUSY INTERSECTION, please park carefully and thoughtfully to allow others to also park and exit safely. Driveway priority will be given to large lots and heavy items first. If you have mobility limitations, please reach out to the auction manager BEFORE pick-up day to schedule a specific time so that we can make sure the driveway (or alternate day/time) is available. There will be very limited help on site, please PLAN to MOVE FURNITURE YOURSELVES, bring helpers, dollys, blankets, etc. as well as your own boxes and packing materials for smaller items.

PLEASE INSPECT PICTURES THOROUGHLY, ALL ITEMS SOLD AS PICTURED AS IS, ALL SALES FINAL. PLEASE RAISE ANY CONCERNS REGARDING YOUR ITEMS PRIOR TO LEAVING THE PICK UP.
