MOVING/LOADING ITEMS:
All items will be brought outside the home unless stated on the listing. It’s important to read the entire listing for additional information. It is your responsibility to load your own vehicle. However, my movers are available to help for a fee. If you don’t bring help with you and need my movers to carry and load your vehicle, please tip them accordingly. Considering this is not our responsibility, I shouldn’t have to ask. If you don’t want to tip, it is very simple, bring your own help. If you do not have cash on hand, they take Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cashapp, which must be transferred prior to leaving the pickup.

UPS SHIPPING - Separate Transaction:
Items will be packaged and shipped by UPS. buyer will be contacted by UPS and will pay UPS directly. It is suggested to get a quote on shipping cost by calling UPS at (914) 337-7255 prior to bidding. The auction manager must be notified immediately after the conclusion of the auction. Please text or call her at 917-400-0811 or email at lisa@clearinghouseestatesales.com. If you don’t receive a confirmation from the auction manager with regard to shipping, please call her directly. Any requests for shipping after the conclusion of the pick-up will not be honored, as the items will no longer be available.
