Item Description

This collection features classic hand-decorated stoneware from the iconic Desert Rose pattern by Franciscan. A staple of American dinnerware since the 1940s, these pieces feature the signature embossed wild rose design with rugged, branch-like handles.
The set includes:
Cookie Jar with Lid: Large canister standing approximately 11" tall.
Butter Dish with Lid: Rectangular base with a rose-finial cover.
Gravy Boat with Underplate: Traditional poured spout with a matching oval drip plate.
Sugar Bowl with Lid & Creamer: Features the distinctive "twig" style handles.
Salt & Pepper Shakers: Shaped like rosebuds (Made in England).
Condition Notes:
This set shows signs of gentle previous use. The sugar/creamer set has one chip present, and the gravy boat underplate has a couple of small chips. Please refer to the photos for a detailed look at the finish and makers' marks. All pieces are marked "Oven-Safe."
