In-person pick-up on Saturday December 20th in the apartment complex Stuyvesant Town in Manhattan. If you can't make it Saturday, email nora@clearinghouseestatesales.com to make an appointment before the new year. Winners will be asked to come up to the apartment to pack and retrieve their items. Please bring packing materials.

If you opted for shipping, it will go out on Friday December 19th. Your card on file will be charged for the smallest USPS flat rate box needed.

The absences of these conditions in the catalog must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Some of the items are vintage or antique.
