PLEASE NOTE - Shipping costs are separate and not included in the CHES auction invoice. Shipping charges are payable directly to the auction manager via Paypal, checks or money orders post sale within 3 days of our notice of the shipping total (or your item is forfeited for non-payment of shipping). Buyer must contact the auction manager regarding shipping requests by end of pickup time on pickup day. IMPORTANT- Your shipping address must match the CHES invoice address on file in your Paypal payment platform in order for us to ship your items.

* If you cannot make the pickup, send a friend/family member and notify the auction managers of the change.

* Please bring a pre-signed copy of your invoice. If you do not have your invoice with you, be prepared to show a copy of your invoice on your phone.

Winning Bidders Must:
- Bring help for large/heavy items & proper packing materials.
-CHES Auction Management will not be able to load heavy items into your vehicles.
- Packing, Loading, Moving & Transporting of your items will not be provided upon pickup.

All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS IS / WHERE IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. While MJS ANTIQUES will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items MJSANTIQUES sells are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.
