Welcome to But Not Forgotten Antiques Sales, by Brett Cabral. The goal is to bring you quality merchandise through in-person sales and online auctions. I have almost 40 years of experience buying and selling antiques and art at many higher-end shows in New England, New York, Pennsylvania, and the Midwest. I plan to bring the same honesty and integrity to these sales as I have when selling at antiques shows. I try to source early smalls in the original surface. I have generally specialized in quality and well-priced merchandise from the 18th through the 20th century. This includes early country smalls, stoneware, redware, ceramics, and wooden ware. I will sell items, including the arts and crafts period, studio pottery, mid-century design, and Fine art.

I will search for quality estates and merchandise to offer you through Auctionninja auctions.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no refunds. But Not Forgotten (BNF) makes every effort to disclose any visible damage, repairs, or restorations. However, the absence of such details does not imply that an item is in perfect condition.

Condition statements are provided as a courtesy and reflect only our opinion; they should not be considered a guarantee. Most items offered by BNF are antique, vintage, or pre-owned, and as such, signs of wear consistent with age should be expected. All electrical items, such as lamps, etc, are sold "as is" and such be checked before use.

All sales are final. No returns, credits, or exchanges will be accepted.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the auction. By placing a bid, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Importance of Terms

Placing a bid constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bidder Responsibilities

• Bidders are solely responsible for all activity, bids, and purchases under their account.

• Once placed, bids cannot be lowered or withdrawn.

• Bidders are responsible for keeping their usernames and passwords secure.

3. Condition of Items

• BNF strives to provide accurate descriptions; however, all property is sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition and authenticity of items prior to bidding.

• Descriptions and opinions provided by BNF staff are offered as a courtesy and do not constitute guarantees of age, size, weight, composition, or authenticity.

• Items accompanied by third-party authentication or certification are subject to the terms of the issuing authenticator. Any disputes must be directed to them.

• The absence of a condition report does not imply that an item is free from imperfections. High-resolution images are provided to assist in your evaluation.

• By bidding, you acknowledge that you have either inspected the item(s) to your satisfaction, waived the right to inspection, or hired an agent to inspect on your behalf.

If you require absolute certainty regarding authenticity or condition, we advise you not to bid.

4. Pickup & Forfeiture

• All items must be collected at the designated pickup location and time. No alternate pickup times will be provided.

• Buyers must bring their own labor, packing, and transport materials. BNF cannot assist with moving or loading.

• Failure to pick up items during the specified time will result in forfeiture of purchase without refund. No exceptions.

• BNF does not provide storage. Any uncollected items will be deemed abandoned property, with no refund and no obligation for further notice.

5. Buyer’s Premium

An 18% buyer’s premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot, unless otherwise stated.

6. Payment

All payments must be made via the AuctionNinja payment system.

7. Bidding

• All bidding will be conducted exclusively through AuctionNinja.

• BNF cannot place or alter bids on behalf of bidders.

• Each bid placed constitutes a binding contract under these Terms and Conditions.

By placing a bid, bidders confirm their acceptance of all Terms and Conditions outlined above.
