Complimentary storage is no longer provided.
If you need to arrange pickup for the following week, please email us in advance. Storage fees will apply and must be paid in cash.

Shipping Service
Shipping is available for small ...view moreitems only.
The following items are not eligible for shipping: furniture, mirrors, dish sets, chandeliers, and large artwork and large group lots
To request shipping, please select the shipping option during registration.

Shipping Confirmation
A shipping quote will be emailed and must be approved, along with address confirmation.
All shipping arrangements must be finalized by Friday in order to proceed.
Please ensure your shipping address matches the information on file.

Missed Pickups
Items will not be held due to missed pickups.
All items must be collected during scheduled pickup hours.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the lot(s) — no refunds or exchanges.

Tax ID Policy
Tax exemptions will not be applied retroactively.
A valid Tax ID must be submitted at the time of registration.
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to credit card processing fees and will not be issued for late Tax ID submissions.
