**Shipping Confirmation**
A shipping quote will be sent via email for your review and approval, along with a request to confirm your delivery address.
All shipping arrangements must be finalized before Saturday in order for us to proceed with dispatch.
Please ensure that your shipping address matches the information we have on file to avoid any delays.

Storage Policy
Complimentary storage is no longer provided.
If you need to arrange pickup for the following week, please email us in advance. Storage fees will apply and must be paid in cash.
**Small Items-$20 per lot ( and it don't matter how much for won it for )
**Furniture- $40 per lot for ONLY one week!
Shipping Service
Shipping is available for small items only.
The following items are not eligible for shipping: furniture, mirrors, dish sets, chandeliers, and large artwork or lot group lots
To request shipping, please select the shipping option during registration.

Missed Pickups & Forfeiture
Items will not be held due to missed pickups.
All items must be collected during scheduled pickup hours.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the lot(s) — no refunds or exchanges.

Tax ID Policy
Tax exemptions will not be applied retroactively.
A valid Tax ID must be submitted at the time of registration.
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to credit card processing fees and will not be issued for late Tax ID submissions.
