This pick up will be challenging for anyone who cannot walk stairs. Stairs and hill climbing are unavoidable. You will not be able to get up close to the home to park. The home is located down a steep driveway that may be able to be backed down if you are a skilled driver, but close parking is not guaranteed especially if the trailer is being picked up at the time you are there. I do not know when it will be picked up so you will not be able to plan around that.

Each lot contains a photo indicating if the lot is available to be shipped. Your card on file will be charged the actual cost of shipping plus a handling fee of $25.00 when the item is shipped. Shipping may take up to two weeks following the close of an auction. All questions must be addressed prior to bidding on items. No refunds will be given for shipped items. No refund will be issued if the buyer decides not to ship.
