Chargebacks are at an all time high, and every auctioneer's revenue has suffered. After significant research, we are updating bidder authorization terms to give you the best chance possible at winning fraudulent or unwarranted disputes. When fighting a dispute, your processor (or the card provider) will request the terms and conditions related to the transaction in question. Below, sections 3-9 provide the most robust protection possible. While we can't guarantee that these terms will invariably result in your favor, we encourage sellers to review and become familiar with the tools at their disposal.
