Terms and Conditions for Resolution Estate Sales.

• Item Condition: All lots are sold AS IS and WHERE IS. Buyers should expect normal signs of wear typical of antiques, vintage, and used items; not every flaw is listed. Review item pictures with care.
• No Guarantees: There is no guarantee on the working order of any watch, electronic, or mechanical device.
• Measurements: Dimensions, weights, and measurements are all approximate.
• No Returns: All sales are final; there are no refunds or returns to Resolution Estate Sales.
• Soft Close Bidding: Listings feature a "soft close" where extra time is added to ending times if bids are placed late, mimicking a live auction to prevent "sniping".
• Tie Bids: In the event of a tie, the earlier bid takes precedence and that bidder wins the item.
• Payment: Your credit card on file with Auction Ninja will be charged after the auction ends
• RESALE CERTIFICATES: Tax certificates must be uploaded to AuctionNinja via your bidder account. 

• Shipping Method & Time: Smaller items are shipped via USPS within 5-7 business days of the auction close and charged to your card on file.

• Combined Shipping: Multiple lots will be combined to ensure the most economical shipping method.
• Handling Fees: Small to medium orders incur a $2-$3 handling fee. Larger or more complex orders will have higher fees.
• Insurance & Signatures: Packages over $100 require extra insurance, and packages over
  $200 require a signature upon delivery.
• Address Restrictions: Items are ONLY shipped to the address provided on the Auction Ninja invoice.
• Security: All items are photographed during the packaging process.
• Fraud Prevention: The company reserves the right to cancel any purchase suspected of fraud. 

Picking up instead?

• Designated pickup times and locations will be provided for each auction and emailed to the winning bidder, it is up to you to check your email and spam.

• Invoices over $200: Require a photo ID; sign invoice; card used for purchase to be shown
• Pickup Deadline: Items not picked up (or for which shipping has not been arranged) during the allotted time will be forfeited without refund
