1. Sales and Purchases

All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. Descriptions, photographs, and condition reports are provided for convenience and represent opinions, not guarantees. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted unless explicitly stated in writing by Toasty Gold.

2. Payment

Payment terms, accepted methods, and deadlines will be communicated at the time of sale or auction. Failure to complete payment within the stated timeframe may result in cancellation of the sale and/or restriction from future purchases.

3. Pickup, Removal, and Forfeiture

Buyers are responsible for timely pickup and removal of purchased items within the designated pickup window announced for each sale or auction.

Items not picked up within the designated timeframe, and for which no prior arrangements have been made and approved in writing, shall be considered abandoned.

Abandoned items are forfeited to Toasty Gold with no refund or credit issued.

Toasty Gold may resell, dispose of, or otherwise handle forfeited items at its sole discretion.

Pickup times are firm. Storage is not guaranteed and, if offered, may be subject to additional fees.

4. Notifications and Communications

By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive notifications regarding upcoming auctions, estate sales, and related communications. You may opt out at any time.

5. Conduct and Access

Toasty Gold reserves the right to refuse service, deny access to sales, or revoke purchasing privileges at its discretion for violations of these Terms, non-payment, disruptive behavior, or misuse of services.

Toasty Gold is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to items after the point of sale. Buyers assume all risk associated with handling, transport, and use of purchased items.
