*All items must be picked up on days and times noted. If you are unable to pick up your item, or send a friend or representative with your invoice, items will be forfeited with no refund.
*Extra Special Exceptions: Prior arrangements may be made for extra large lots or especially large items. Please consult with Auction Manager for the ONE HOUR SCHEDULED WINDOW
*We DO accept phone calls so please contact Auction Manager in advance of the sale day if you have any questions.
*All items are sold “Where is - As is” and will be the responsibility of the winner to review items prior to bid and pick up and load items from location.
* No refunds or exchanges on items won through the auction. Please examine your items and confirm at pick up. Photos will give best representation of item and often the size is shown there with rulers. Please examine your items carefully before bidding as most items are used. While we do our best to describe general flaws, please reach out to auction manager if you have any concerns prior to bidding.
