JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Special Pick-up Instructions: Special Pick-up Instructions: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder must bring necessary assistance to remove large items and assumes all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property. There will be no additional help or packaging supplies, NO EXCEPTIONS, YOU MUST BE PREPARED.

customers: Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00. NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT. ANY ITEMS TRANSPORTED BACK TO THE GALLERY MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OR THE ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITH NO REFUND AND/OR CHARGEBACK DISPUTE.
