TERMS: All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age. PICKUP: 66 Schooner Landing, Hampton NH on Friday, August 8th from 10-3 and Saturday, August 9th from 10-12 noon. Items not picked up during this time, unless other arrangements have been made will be considered abandoned. You are responsible for picking up all of your lots, if you have multiple items in a lot please make sure you check that it is complete. Once you leave, we are not responsible for items left behind.

SHIPPING: Shipping is available please contact the UPS Store at 603-474-2420 or store1510@theupsstore.com. An email releasing your items to the shipper of your choice must be sent to mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com. Local shipping of larger items is available for a fee. Please email mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com.

Special Pick up Instructions: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.


ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE.


TRANSPORT BACK TO AMESBURY IS AVAILABLE FOR A $25 FEE PER ITEM CAPPED AT $100.
