PICK-UP INFORMATION

All bidders must pick up during the scheduled pick-up time. There is no alternate pick-up date unless prior arrangements are made directly with Legacy in Bloom Estate Sales.
Unclaimed items: Any items not picked up will be considered forfeited without refund. If we agree to transport items for later pick-up, a $10 transport fee will apply.
Items are sold “As Is, Where Is.” Please bring all tools, supplies, and labor needed to remove your items (hand tools, boxes, packing material, dollies, blankets, etc.).
Disposal fees may be charged for orders not picked up during the scheduled time. Fees vary based on item size/volume.
Please bring a valid photo ID to pick-up.
Inspect items before leaving; by taking possession, you agree they are satisfactory.
Most items are vintage/antique and may show normal wear. Descriptions are our best opinion — please review photos and ask questions before bidding.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Limited shipping is available. Please check with the auction manager before bidding to confirm eligibility and receive an estimate.
No furniture shipping.
Shipping may take up to 6 weeks.
We use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate whenever possible. Larger items will be shipped via UPS and may incur higher shipping & handling fees.
If shipping is available for your purchase, a separate charge for shipping and handling will be processed to your card on file through Auction Ninja after the auction closes.
