Your bid is a legally binding agreement. All items are sold "as is, where is" and without warranty. Please ask any questions about items or request a shipping quote before the auction closes. Items are yours once they’ve been sold, and all sales are final.

Payment is by credit card through AuctionNinja, including the winning bid price, 15% buyer’s premium, and 6% WY state/local sales tax (unless a valid resale certificate is on file) upon close of auction or shortly thereafter. Winning bids will be charged to your credit card on file with AuctionNinja. If your card is declined, please update your card information with AuctionNinja and retry invoice payment. Unpaid items may be relisted in a future auction.

Item removal is on the specific date and time range listed in the auction. Shipping will be arranged within 7 days of auction close; please confirm your address on file with AuctionNinja is correct. Shipping cost plus a $5 handling fee per shipment (can include multiple items, depending on size) will be charged to your card on file with AuctionNinja. Unclaimed and unpaid items will be considered abandoned after one week and resold or otherwise disposed of without refund.
