Four-wheel pedal-powered quadricycle marked "RHOADES CAR" on metal frame nameplate. Steel tubular frame construction with blue and white painted finish. Equipped with white fabric canopy supported by metal frame, upholstered white bench seat, handlebar steering, rear wire cargo basket, and molded plastic wheels with pneumatic tires. Visible surface wear to painted frame with minor scratches and scuffing to finish. Canopy fabric shows creasing and minor soiling.
