If a purchase remains unpaid for more than 10 business days Michael Scarola Rare And Used Books, LLC reserves the right to cancel the sale.

In no event shall Michael Scarola Rare And Used Books be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, completeness, condition of the property or estimate of value.

Domestic Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs including packaging materials, labor, transportation costs, and insurance (if requested by the buyer). Michael Scarola Rare And Used Books, LLC will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from shipping in excess of the insurance amount. The buyer will receive an updated invoice with the shipping and handling costs once the item(s) are packed.

International Shipping (All shipping outside of the United States): A shipping quote will be obtained from the United Stated Postal Service and sent to the winning bidder. The shipping and handling must be paid no later than three days after the invoice has been updated with the shipping and handling costs or the item(s) will be considered forfeited without refund.
