I never received my item. They sent me a tacking number, but it was never scanned in at the post office and they will not refund my purchase even though it was their fault. Over $240! They said if it did not show up they would refund, but then just ghosted me.

Hi Patricia,rnrnI know I was just as disappointed it was either lost or stolen by usps and never scanned when picked up. I was hoping it would still show up. rnI didn't put the refund through because I approved the dispute you put through from your bank for both the full amount paid with all the fees and shipping cost.rnrnIf for some reason you didn't receive that refund please.let me know, because I am out all those charges and the piece as well on my end.
