Paul told me my items would ship that Monday (May 2nd) I paid and he never shipped my items + stopped responding to my messages. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

This Seller has not shipped my records from the Jun 3, 2025 Auction. I spoke with Paul's Boutique on 6/15 and 7/9, 2025, each time he gave an excuse then promised to ship my records that day. But never did. As you can read the Auction Ninja reviews, he has scammed multiple people. Paul's Boutique is also a Record Store in Vernon CT. Read the reviews there, same scam. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I won multiple records with these people and spent nearly $300. I have called, emailed, texted, and sent messages directly through Auction Ninja to request shipping (which is advertised as being offered) and these people will simply not respond to me.

EDIT: after several calls I finally got my albums. Still 1 star. Why? Flagrant lying about ratings. Tons of these albums are absolute junk

It's been months and they are just totally ignoring me. This is theft. This is really getting to chargeback territory. Do not bid with these people

I am still seeking resolution regarding this purchase that remains unfulfilled. I believe I have been scammed by the seller involved in this transaction. I arranged for friends to travel all the way to Massachusetts to pick up the item, only to find that it was not there.

After contacting the seller, I was told the item would be shipped to me instead. That was over three months ago. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to follow up, but the seller has stopped responding entirely.

I have also called Auction Ninja support four times, but have yet to receive a single call back. The lack of response and accountability has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Given this experience, I no longer feel confident purchasing through your platform. I hope this message finally prompts action, as I would still like assistance in resolving this issue.

Won 9 albums over 3 weeks ago, reached out to Paul's Boutique and to Auction Ninja about non-delivery and have been completely ignored by both. BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR and for that matter AUCTION NINJA as well. I've successfully bid and won and received items on this platform before, but if they won't give you support in receiving an item, how can you trust the platform?

Paul was wildly inappropriate. One of the items in my lot was broken "in transit." He offered a full or partial refund but before I could respond he mentioned how the lot was only $5. The broken item was the only reason I even bid on that lot. He did this in front of other bidders and it was embarrassing so I just said whatever and took my lots minus the broken item. I don't care how much the lot sold for, this was unacceptable to shame me in front of other bidders. I have participated in a number of auctions on this site and this was my first negative experience. I was shocked by Paul's audacity. I will NEVER bid on an auction from Paul's Boutique or Rockville Auction Gallery again. Hope keeping that $5 was worth it to Paul.
