Special Pick up Instructions: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist but winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

Pick-Up: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY WED, FEB 10TH and THURS, FEB 11TH from 9-5 PM. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE – LOCAL DELIVERY CAN BE ARRANGED FOR A FEE.

Out of State: Small items will be given to UPS store 1510 please contact 603-474-2420 or store1510@theupsstore.com with questions. Buyer pays all shipping costs. If you are buying furniture we can always provide trucking services for a delivery fee.
