There are three options on how to receive your auction winnings. You can pick up, we can ship them to you, or if you're local, we can deliver them to you. Local delivery and shipping is affordable and fair.
The only option without the additional fee is to pick it up yourself. Sometimes we offer free shipping but there still is a five dollar handling fee to package your order. Any item we sell big or small, we have the ability to ship worldwide. That is, as long as you have the ability to pay for the shipping. **PLEASE NOTE!! Auction items won will not begin to ship for 7 to 10 business days AFTER the close of the auction and payment is received.
PICK UP: 
Our main location currently is 199 Old Harford Rd. Colchester Ct. We're located in the back of the building where the offices are. Please call or text upon arrival we will meet you. 860-917-3276 or 803-629-2968. You MUST HAVE an appointment. An appointment can be made by texting anytime OR calling during business hours. Call between 10a.m. To 3:00p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. (Or Text anytime). Please contact us within 24-48 hours after auction close to set a time and date to pick up your items. We do not have pick up times available on Sunday for Monday. Pick up days are TUESDAY THRU SATURDAY.
If we do not hear from you within a reasonable time, and you have not responded to us and our attempts of contacting you, we will move to the next step… we have a wood chipper and not afraid to use it!
The pick up locations do change depending on the location of the auction. This means you need to pay attention to the current location shown on the invoice listed for pick up. We can move most items from one location to the main office, if need be, but there is a transport fee.
* You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly. Lacey is a small dog, not a pack mule. (The queen has spoken).
* We do our best to make pick up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis. To expedite service at pick up please ***TEXT ANYTIME prior to arrival, let us know you have arrived. YOU STILL NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT 24 OR MORE HOURS AHEAD OF TIME. (The earlier the better). * Bribing Lacey, the pure bred mutt queen, with dog treats may increase your chance of stepping up to the front of the line. Completely depends on her mood for the day. (The queen has spoken...again)
* If you are not comfortable with dogs please let us know and we will be glad to hide her away..in a dark room…with no water!
