Upon arrival you will be asked for last name,. Your order will be retrieved and you will be asked to sign your invoice upon your items being handed to you. We do not provide help moving or loading your vehicle. All orders of $500 or more will require a photo of your ID with your signature for confirmation and a photo taken with both by one of our staff members.
