They did not describe things as they really were. The "mint, excellent" wicker plant stand is unraveling on the legs. The "chalkware" foo dogs are resin. They did not photograph the chip on one of the elephant's toes and did not mention it in the listing. The bamboo plant stand is spray-painted gold and since you can't tell from the photos, it should have been mentioned. I'm on Auction Ninja quite often and have purchased many things and I have never had the need to complain because everything has always been as described. I drove 1.5 hours one way to pick these up and I'm extremely disappointed. Pick-up was fine and uneventful but that's the only thing they did right.

We had the best experience ever with this auction company. They went above and beyond to ship our items to Canada at a very reasonable rate through the US Postal Service, most shipping companies do not the US Postal Service and it is very expensive for us to get things shipped. We got the items and they were well packed and and better than we had hoped for!!!! Thank you very much!!!

My wife and I LOVE DOING BUSINESS with Adriaenze. Their merchandise is spot on to the online image and a good number of the items we purchased have looked even better than the photo when we pick the items up. The family atmosphere to their storage warehouse is refreshing in an industry packed with people who do not know how to act nicely or use a bar of soap. My wife and I usually end up staying and chatting, petting the adorable dogs who keep the place hopping! If you are not doing business with this wonderful family, it is a big mistake.

We love doing business with Kirsten and her family. This purchase represents the tenth transaction we have had with them- and we cannot wait to buy more! The items they sell are home runs with our kids and the people in our lives we buy them for. They respond to our emails within an hour or so and answer all our questions no matter how obscure. My wife and I love doing business with this auction house and highly recommend others do so as well.

The husband and wife team in charge are honest, hard working people who have represented their customers with integrity on each sale. Their warehouse is filled with amazing finds. Last minute I was unable to pick up my item and Kirsten was not only helpful but went above and beyond to help me and make sure that it got shipped properly and expeditiously. She texted me and also worked with me and the shipping company to ensure my product was shipped. I'm hearing impaired and she was the most patient and helpful associate. I appreciate her and her kindness.
