My wife and I LOVE traveling to Putnam CT from our home in Haverhill MA to pick up items from this auction house. Their dogs are love bugs and the pickups end up in discussions about children and grandchildren. These are wonderful people to do business with.

Item was inaccurately listed as 1978 (actually 1995). Seller agreed to full refund, inc. "shipping both ways" on 5/9. Returned on 6/1 (rec'd 6/9). Adriaenz said "I'll get that refund out early next week" on 6/9. It's been a month and a half. No item, no refund and they no longer respond to messages.

Buyer beware. Check listings carefully and ask questions. False promises with weak follow-through.

Understood there was a staff emergency causing a response delay. I had to call and text and email before I was able to receive my item as discussed. When I received the gazebo find out that it was not complete as the listing indicated, was missing parts, and of course reached out with no response or reply.

I won six lots and got them all at a real bargain. Pick up was quick and easy with plenty of available window time to suit my schedule. Once I got there my items were ready and waiting to go and everyone was super friendly, even their little dog. Adriaenz is a saved favorite now and I'll be going back again soon.
