YOU agree to FORFEIT your purchase WITHOUT REFUND if you CAN NOT make the pick up time! There are NO exceptions. Please do not bid if you can not pick up your items during the designated dates and times.

BRING HELP LOADING BIG ITEMS. Weekenders LLC will not assist with removal and loading.

Auction Rules:
You are responsible for the removal of your winnings during the designated days and times for pickup. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of your winning items during the specified pickup time period. If you can not pick up your item(s) during the designated dates and times for this auction, your item(s) are forfeited, ownership reverts back to to Weekenders LLC, and no refunds are issued.

Required for tax exempt purchases: Your tax exempt information and certificate needs to be loaded in your profile in the AUCTION NINJA system BEFORE bidding!

All payments are processed through the AUCTION NINJA WEBSITE. All payments are processed after the last auction lot closes, or, at the most, 12 hours after auction close. All bidding and payments are through Auction Ninja. If you are the winning bidder your payment will automatically be applied through Auction Ninja with the card you have on file. There are no Bid-Retractions, no Returns and all Sales are Final. Everything is sold as-is-where-is with any and all faults.

FURNITURE and large/ heavy item purchases: YOU MUST bring the help, tools, or whatever will be needed to remove and load your items. Weekenders LLC will not assist in moving, dismantling and loading of large items.
