These items came from all over the world and have some pretty amazing stories attached to them! Many items due to sheer size of the estate are being sold as lots and everything is in immaculate condition. The customer made me promise to take my shoes off in the home! All items will have a $1 starting bid and there are no reserve prices. All items will be pickup only on Sunday October 29th (10am-6pm and Monday October 30th 8am-12pm) Appts preferred but not required. Any items not picked up by Monday October 30th at 12pm will be considered forfeit without refund. Bring help to remove heavy items. PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file immediately following the auction close. All sales are final, no credits or returns. This is a pickup only auction in Berlin NH which will take place Sunday Oct 29th from 10m til 6pm or Monday October 30th from 8am until 12pm. You are welcome to come anytime during these hours, but at least 2 hrs notice will cut down on wait times. Any items not picked up by Monday October 12th at 12pm will be considered forfeit without refund.

Please make sure that you bring your invoice to the pickup or have it saved on your phone. You must show an invoice to pickup. Anyone can pickup for you as long as we are notified via email and they have a copy of the invoice printed or electronic.
