Yes, this happens when we have a non-paying bidder with no responses after several messages as well as if a winning bidder does not pick up their item and we have no response after several attempts. This is my second out-of-state buy from Sisters Estate Sales, LLC ... I thought the first was near perfect; but the second, for me, was more than perfect. The first item is vintage yet it's as good as new; the second is antique though it appears like it was masterfully crafted a few hours ago. I am ecstatic with these items and with the Seller. The shipping charges are very fair, and my items arrived intact and timely. I just wish that I could have won a few of the other things that I was bidding on, because I now know that anything I purchase from SES will be exactly as pictured and/or described, if not better. Certainly, I'm not implying that all that is offered here will be without "flaws" ... the beauty of anything, after all, regardless of how well or poorly they've aged is in the stories they possess ... I'm only stating that, given my own experiences, items are somewhat uncommon, of high quality, and depicted accurately so as not to disappoint. Thank you, Kim!

We handle all aspects of the auction or estate sale...

The estate sale and auction process takes approximately two weeks from start to finish. First, we will meet with you, tour the premises and determine what your needs are. Then, we will discuss agreement terms and help with decisions on what will be sold. Sisters will handle all of the online auction items, marketing, advertising, photographs, and video.

SHIPPING

We ship smaller items via USPS. We will also combine shipping on multiple lots.

🚨ATTENTION!🚨 If you selected "shipping" 📬 on this auction, your item will be shipped within 5-7 business days - no need to do anything else. 🤗 No extra steps required! Thank you for your trust in us. Small to medium orders incur a handling fee of $2-3. Larger or more complex orders will have a higher fee.

Items over $100 will be charged for signature verification and items over $200 will be charged for signature verification and insurance.

Your credit card associated with Auction Ninja will be charged after the auction has ended for shipping and any handling fees that may incur.

Can I pick up?

Yes! Designated pick up will be determined with each auction. We also have a hold unit (for small items) in North Reading, with a password and pick up at your leisure within 5 days of auction ending.

Terms & Conditions

Thank you for bidding on our auction items! Winning bidders to receive the pickup address in email as well as text (if chosen as your option in your profile). Winning bidders are responsible for making sure that messages get through. Please check your spam folder.

Most Bidding starts at ONLY $1.00!

Your credit card will be charged following end of auction. There is an additional charge for shipping, which will be charged on your credit card associated with your AN account.

All items sold to winning bidder are FINAL SALE/AS IS/NO RETURNS (We do our best to accurately describe, please read description carefully and look at all photos). We encourage you to ask questions prior to bidding. Most of our auction items are vintage, antique, or used and signs of wear related to age should be expected. Again, All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. Please message us for additional information.

Items not picked up (or shipping requested and paid for) during allotted pick up day and time will be considered forfeited without refund. No Exceptions.

We offer shipping on jewelry and small items. Items will be shipped to the address listed with your Auction Ninja account.

We ship within 5 business days. The credit card on file will be charged shipping charges. Anything over $100 will have added insurance and over $200 requires a signature. Once the package leaves our hands it is not our responsibility. Any inquiries about your package can be done through tracking with the post office.
