Vintage Parkshire Womens Dress

Very stylish vintage dress. Brand new with tags. Only flaw is that the bottom hem of dress has fallen out (see pictures). Zipper and clasps work, both belt loops are intact. It is made from 100% acetate which gives a luxurious feel and appearance. All pieces of belt are intact, belt comes with the dress, there are three options to tighten. Pit to pit: 20 in. Shoulder to bottom of hem (where hem is supposed to be): 41 in. Shoulder to bottom of hem (end of fallen hm): 43 in. Shoulder to bottom of sleeve: 20.25 in. Waist: 18.50 in. Shoulder to shoulder: 16.50 in. Belt length: 36.25 in.
