- provide packing material or boxes
- provide moving assistance or lift heavy objects
- provide tools or disassemble large items
- deliver your items
- coordinate with movers on your behalf
- provide help to unload your items at your house
DISCLAIMER: All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged all to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of description. All items are sold AS-IS. we will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.

So you won some items. Now what?
Winning bidders will receive the pickup address via email, and are responsible for making sure that message can get through. Always check your spam folder.
For appointment-only pickups, the address will be provided once you’ve made an appointment.
Auction win emails and invoice can also be accessed via your AuctionNinja dashboard after sale closes
Winning bidder responsibilities are outlined below in Pickup details
Failure to pickup your item(s) or request shipping during the contact window will result in the forfeiture of the item(s) without a refund.
Special Instructions
DATE AND TIME - NO EXCEPTIONS - Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited.
Pickups are on a first come/first served bases. Please give yourself enough time to pack up items.

COVID PRECAUTIONS:
1. Masks must be worn by all unvaccinated Bidders picking up items
2. Maintain at least 6 feet of distance between yourself and any other bidders

Request shipping within 24 hours after the closing of the sale by sending an email to info@trilogyestatesales.com
Do not request shipping through any other contact method, please. We need your email address so you can receive shipping alerts.
A shipping invoice will be sent to you within 72 hours, from Trilogy Estate Sales via Square. It is payable online with a credit/debit card. Large items (furniture) can be shipped, but buyer is responsible for finding a mover/shipper. Please call to coordinate.
Failure to follow these directions may result in delayed or denied shipping.
