Rookwood vase, Lotus Leaf pattern, #2090. Matt brown glaze with blue flecks. On the lip, there is a manufacturing defect that looks like a shallow crack. There is a hairline crack that can be felt on the lip, that runs 1.5" down into the body. It is visible inside and out.
