This auction is a collection from a private estate. All types of records. Rock to pop, Classical to classics. 1st pressings, promos and new sealed. Air supply to ZZ Top. Grateful dead and more. Sealed, colored promos and imports! Oldies, blues, Jazz, swing, rock, country, crap err... rap I mean, soul, R&B, 60's, 70's 80's etc. garage, punk, psych, some records from the last auction that we had duplicates of. A bunch of good stuff! Check back daily for more added on.

FREE SHIPPING IF YOU BID ON 10 OR MORE LOTS. INCLUDES ONLY SINGLE LP LOTS. If you win less then ten but have bid on more your shipping is free. We charge a total $5 handling ...view morefee for the entire transaction regardless of the amount of items you won. So, understand your invoice charge (if having shipped) may consist of 2 charges. Shipping if you did not qualify for free and a $5 handling fee.

Please understand we are not always available to answer your call right away. We will get back with you asap but sometimes its 24 hour later or the next business day. Be patient try again. Don't be rude. We have a small crew and more dogs than fingers. As a rescue the dogs come first (just ask my wife) ... These auctions are designed to raise money for the rescue. Thank you.

Pick up or shipping available. You must make an appointment to pick up. YOU CAN NOT PICK YOUR ITEMS UP THE SAME DAY YOU CALL TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. If you plan ahead this won't be a problem. We can not give you a time to pick up the same day you text or call. ( I repeat this because some of you still try... I could leave names... don't make me.. I will!! I have a list! (ok, sometimes we bend the rule... but mainly for donuts or dog biscuits. the time you request to pick up may not be available. Pick another day and we will try to accommodate.
Make sure your information is correct so the charge is complete. Shipping is charged to the card on file when we ship your items. Shipping starts 10 to 12 BUSINESS DAYS after close of auction. If this is a record auction the shipping is free if you bid on 10 or more records. (does not include large lots). General merch auctions... bring the right size vehicle and help if needed.

**IF YOU ARE PICKING UP YOUR WINNINGS, YOU MUST CALL OR TEXT US 860-917-3276 or (860) 537-3808 DURING OUR BUSINESS HOURS TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. (or Text anytime... we can ignore texts quicker). You can call between 10a.m. & 5:00pm. If you email us please do so through the auction ninja messaging format. It's rare we look at our email... Chances are slim we will see a message sent directly to our email address... please use Auction Ninja to correspond or call / text. We will get back with you to set a time. WE ARE SLOW, OLD AND CRIPLED. (ok, not that old...) However, be patient. Either keep trying to get us or wait and we will contact you.
*Please contact us within 24-48 hours after auction close to set a time and date to pick up your items. If reaching us is difficult, be patient, we are in a basement or attic collecting the next treasures for auction! (or maybe it’s just an early party day… isn’t every day?) Text or leave a message. Call our landline - 1 (860) 537-3808. That is a land line, you can't text... stop trying) to leave a voice message or speak to someone. If you hear singing and music with some howling on the phone, do not get concerned… It’s just one of the dogs playing games with you. (Ask to speak with a human when they stop singing... happy dogs sing a lot.)
THE DOGS AT THE RESCUE HAVE PULLED TOGETHER AND CONTRIBUTED THE NEXT SET OF MESSAGES… (Beware, if you are a bit sensitive, easily insulted or offended, or just have no sense of humor... well you may want to skip this part. and sadly, you have come to the wrong place. (Says the Mutt Queen Lacey)
We can only hold your items for 2 weeks.... we have flexible pick up dates with flexible times from auction end and honestly, we don't want your stuff but, if we don't hear from you to make a time and date, then...we start … THE WOODCHIPPER! Weeeeee. This is the season for camping and parties… You can bring the marshmallows; we got the wood and Weiners;… woof. Sit around the fire and sing kumbaya and howl at the moon! (it's a dog thing)
**** We do not schedule same day pick-ups. Do you really think we don't know you have other auction locations to pick up your stuff? We work with you the best we can, but the humans are slow, disabled and simple minded. It's just to difficult fr them to pull your orders the same day you call. CALL AT LEAST ONE DAY AHEAD OF TIME. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SET A TIME FOR THE NEXT DAY, IT ALL DEPENDS ON IF THAT TIME IS AVAILABLE WHEN YOU CALL…best you have a few options in mind. Just because us dogs are here doesn’t mean the humans are.
We understand that sometimes there’s reasons that you need to pick up on the same day… We apologize for the inconvenience. It’s all the humans fault... slow, slow, slow. Please direct any concerns to Axle, Human Resources and loss prevention … His picture is shown, his attitude is known.
- [ ] Bring help if you need help to carry items…. and the appropriate size vehicle. This is very important. Think of it like the warning label you read on a box. It seems so silly to mention this but as per the reason of those labels, it means someone has done or tried this. Folks, a grand piano does not fit in a VW bug …(even through the wood chipper)
- [ ] We are dogs not pack animals… however Kodi is a big dog and could move large objects, just not yours. So, bring your help. (the humans on premises will help best they can if need be but they do tend to be a little greedy with their totes and boxes.. best you bring your own .. and dog treats!)
IF SHIPPING IS YOUR CHOSEN OPTION PLEASE FOLLOW UP WITH US. We can ship anything anywhere. Worldwide or Mars, Jupiter, Uranus… (that was all Kodi’s saying…he's quite the ... smart dog) We offer a discount on dog glitter as some of us do shed year-round.
1. *Verify the shipping information you provided to Auction Ninja is updated and correct. Every auction someone manages to muck this process up and now we have to track them down and poop on their lawns... it's a dirty job! (As my brother would say.)
2. Billing information … updated and correct. (Shipping and handling cost will be charged to the card on file with Auction Ninja) please make sure the proper funds are on your card to make this happen. Handling is $5 and if this is a record auction your shipping is free after the bid of 10 or more listings but still a $5 is placed. (Stingy humans ... its dog treats for us!)
3. If you did not register correctly through the auction signup process then we won’t know if you need shipping. I’ve been working on mind reading but it has only worked with the humans when knowing when to feed us. Please let us know. (Not when YOU'RE hungry… we don’t care, that's your problem).
4. If you change your address or need it shipped to another location, call us, text us or send us a message through Auction Ninja messaging. Do not assume that we have received any of these attempts unless we respond to you. (that's that mind reading thing ... ) You need to notify us ASAP of shipping address changes. AND it needs to be reflected on the Auction Ninja information. We will not be responsible for items shipped to the wrong location that you failed to inform us you needed done.
*We ship once every 10 to 12 business days. Sometimes longer. We don't mind holding on to your winnings to ship at a later date if you are bidding on the next auction. However as stated ... the humans are slow, old and crippled.
*(in case you missed it.. a real shocker here) At this time a $5 handling fee will be charged for all shipping orders. Even those qualified for free shipping. (like record auctions)
If your shipping information is incorrect and you do not contact us if/when the item is returned you will be charged again for shipping.

*You may be greeted by Lacey, a little social butterfly. The four legged hairy mutt queen who tends to bark out these instructions.. She’s partial to dog treats as well… TRUST THE DOG…. (Never go wrong with peanut butter, cucumbers, food in general) Kodi will not say hi… he is extremely people shy. Murphy will climb in your car and expect car rides. I’ll lose a dog, wife will get angry, shit will get real… just saying. This is a dog rescue! It happens.
*If you receive a call and it appears to be a lot of heavy breathing and slurping noises… Do not panic, one of us, the more intelligent breeds, have managed to master the handset and is calling you to chat.. looking for a new phone pal. Humor him. Probably Murphy... he loves a good story.
