Please keep this in mind when placing your bids and make sure you are ...view moreavailable for pick up at designated pick up time. Any items not claimed at designated time will be considered forfeited. All large items and furniture items will require appropriate moving help. We will not have the manpower to assist in moving items. The items will be picked up in the apartment through the service elevator and out the service entrance. Smaller items will also be picked up from the apartment on the 26th floor and can be removed through the main entrance.

Large items must be picked up via the service entrance on 48th Street. Please bring packing materials we will not be providing packing materials. If you are driving please be aware that this is midtown Manhattan next to the UN there is NO parking you must bring someone to attend to your vehicle.
